A Paris native, Franck Loquet’s biggest culinary influences are his grandparents. As a boy, he always anticipated Wednesday lunches with them in Bordeaux, where he could explore and taste the flavors of the region. These experiences first ignited his passion for food. Those Wednesdays propelled Loquet into a life globe-trotting and deepening his culinary skills and knowledge as he cooked and traveled from Scotland and England to France and Switzerland, over the course of 15 years.
When he received his culinary and restaurant management degrees from École Hôtelière de Paris Jean Drouant, Franck worked his way through multiple Michelin-starred establishments, including Bartolotta’s Lake Park Bistro in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Calihan Catering Inc. in Chicago, Illinois, and Ze Kitchen Galerie in Paris, France. His impeccable French technique caught the eye of Alain Ducasse in 2008, and Loquet joined the opening faculty of his École de Cuisine in Paris as an instructor.
Today, Franck serves as The Trillium's Executive Chef, offering diverse and thoughtful menus ranging from French, Mediterranean, American, and Asian cuisines with an emphasis on farm-fresh local products.

Samantha’s energy makes her a force of nature as our Director of Sales & Marketing. She keeps a notebook next to her bed so she doesn’t lose a single idea — an event, a partnership, a new way to reach out to prospective residents — and this energy is building a tremendous community at The Trillium.
With a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and a master’s in Education from Virginia Tech, Samantha brings to her job nearly a decade of experience in education followed by leadership experience in luxury senior living. Her projects have ranged from community acquisitions and expansions to building strategic partnerships with organizations such as The Kennedy Center and the Library of Congress.
